Meet MacKenzie
MacKenzie Patrick
Owner, Nutrition Coach
As a very energetic, driven kid, MacKenzie played sports year round and found an appreciation for nutrition. At age 18, she joined her first gym and had her first nutritional consultation. She immediately found that she had an interest for nutrition at a deeper level.
MacKenzie has always had a fascination with the science of nutrition, and how it can either enhance, or enable the human body’s ability to perform. She went on to study Health and Human Kinetics, and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Human Development. Over the next 20 years she has developed nutrition plans for a variety of clients, from her nanny, to co-workers, and students in her indoor cycling classes.
MacKenzie continues to expand her knowledge in her field with continued education, which include; Precision Nutrition Level I & II Nutrition Coach certified, ACE Group Fitness Certified, and Johnny G Spinning Certified. “Fuel your body, SLAY your results!”

Testimonial (Long but worth the read!):
Weight and wellness are something I have struggled with for as long as I can remember. If you’re like me, read on.
I remember doing weight loss programs as early as 4th grade, and since then, you name it, I’ve tried it. That’s not to say I haven’t been successful with diet programs, because they did work— for a while. I always started with laser focus, sometimes with super unhealthy restriction or overcompensating activity with the promise to myself that “as soon as I lose the weight, I’ll start making healthy lifestyle choices.”
From Slimfast and hydroxycut in high school, to phentermine and strict keto as an adult, the weight came off in a hurry, and always came back, and more often than not, more came with it. The mental anguish of being controlled by what I ate or didn’t, the repeated failure and the “letting myself down” has been a constant emotional mainstay in my life that has consumed more of my energy and happiness than I care to admit.
What if... just WHAT IF... someone could guide you to heal yourself, fix yourself, make you see something totally new? What if you never counted or measured or restricted another thing, and you not only started losing weight, but also started feeling like a completely new person? What if someone could free you from that prison? I truly didn’t think anything like that existed. Not for me, anyways.
When I met MacKenzie (by chance... maybe fate?) in late September, she mentioned she was in the business of wellness and helping people fix their relationships with food. I told her I would give her the full effort but that I honestly thought I was too broken to repair. We started with one silly habit at a time, and it seemed so inconsequential that there was NO WAY I would see progress.
The scale moved slowly, and I wondered if I should be doing more, but she reassured me to keep moving forward with the tiny tasks weekly. Today, I can tell you that I have not measured, counted or restricted anything in almost 4 months, and I have lost over 20lbs. The 20lbs is great, but the mental wellness, the psychological freedom she has given me has been insurmountable. I honestly feel free... I’m not “fixed” just yet, but I am healing and growing (growth mindset, right??)
Anyways, I wanted to shout her out, because this process has been everything. If this hits home for you, give her your time. You can do this, and you’re worth it! 💜💜💜
